Condition disputes

Grading is inherently somewhat subjective, and MoxMarket does not arbitrate individual disagreements over, for example, whether a card is NM or LP. Instead:

• Seller ratings are the primary protection mechanism. Check a seller's history before buying, particularly for expensive cards.

• A pattern of condition complaints against a seller will trigger an account review by our admin team.

• Sellers are expected to grade conservatively. When in doubt, list at the lower grade.

• Clear listing photos protect both buyer and seller.
