Reporting a user or listing

If you encounter a listing that looks suspicious, misleading, or against our policies, or a user behaving inappropriately, use the report option on the listing or profile page.

Our admin team reviews all reports and can take action ranging from a warning to a permanent ban, depending on severity. Three upheld complaints against a seller within any six month period results in permanent suspension.
