Sellers with a clear evidence trail consistently get better outcomes in disputes. We recommend the following steps for every sale:

1. Photograph the card before packing, showing its condition clearly.

2. Photograph the sealed envelope or package once it is ready to post.

3. Photograph the posted package with the address label and tracking barcode visible.

4. Upload a photo of the actual card at listing time, not just the database image. This is the strongest pre-sale evidence of condition you can provide.
