Once an order is marked complete, both you and the seller are prompted to leave a review.

Reviews are rated from one to five stars with an optional comment, and they appear on the seller's public profile. Honest reviews, including critical ones, are one of the most useful trust signals on MoxMarket, so we encourage you to leave one for every completed order.
